I am a joy-fueled mama to a wildflower soul, shadow alchemist, and lifelong student of unconditional love and transformation.
LavenderLoveLetters began as a whisper in the dark. After surviving abuse, addiction, and the unraveling of everything I once clung to, I found myself reborn through motherhood, moonlight, and the quiet rebellion of choosing love. Even when it hurt.
This space is my letter to the world. A place where softness and strength coexist, where healing isn’t linear, and where we get to rewrite the story, together.
My Approach
My approach blends intuitive guidance, trauma-informed reflection, and somatic awareness. I believe healing isn’t something we achieve. It’s something we remember.
In our sessions, I hold space for the version of you that’s been hiding behind survival. Whether we’re laughing, crying, or sitting in stillness, you’re invited to come as you are.
